याद  है  आज  भी  वो  दिन  जिस  दिन  लोग  बड़े ही हर्षोलाश के साथ ,एक नयी उम्मीद के साथ  पठाखे जला रहे थे। लोगो में एक नयी उम्मीद का दिया जला था। ऐसा लगता था मानो काला भूरा बादल   को चीरते हुए सूरज की किरणों में इस धरती को प्रकाशित करने की  जंग छिड़ी हो। ऐसा लगता था जैसे लोगो में एक नयी ऊर्जा आ गयी हो , और हो भी क्यों नहीं उस दिन एक नयी राज्य का गठन हो रही थी।  वो दिन भी  काफी ऊर्जावान था -- उस व्यक्तित्व का जन्म दिवस जिन्होने अंग्रेजो के खिलाफ आदिवासी का विशाल समूह खड़ा किया था। भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के जन्म दिवस का - 15 नवंबर। जी हाँ 15 नवंबर 2000 भारत के इतिहास से जुड़ गया था। इसी दिन बिहार से अलग कर झारखण्ड राज्य बना  था। मुख्यमन्त्री के रूप में बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कमान संभाला था। शुरुवात के एकाध सालो  में ऐसा लगा था कि झारखण्ड  के सपने सच होने लगे है , मगर अगले सालो साल एक नए -नए मुख्यमंत्री के  रूप में चेहरे देखने को मिले। कभी मुंडा  जी ,  गुरु जी ,तो कभी कोड़ा जी . सबने अपने अप...
